Important information about Food Allergies

We recognise the seriousness of food intolerances and allergies and as a result we can usually cater for most health or allergy related dietary requests with at least 48hrs notice. Please notify us in the first instance on our booking form or takeaway order.

It is very important that you are aware that we use ingredients containing allergens as part of the preparation for our food. Due to the size of the kitchen space we have available to us we also cook different foods with the same equipment. Therefore it is not possible to guarantee that any dish is completely allergen free due to the risk of cross-contamination in our kitchen.

We operate an open kitchen and all food is freshly prepared which can also lead to allergens being present in the atmosphere, so unfortunately if your allergy is so severe that you are at risk of an anaphylactic shock we will not be able to accommodate your requirements, since we are unable to guarantee that there is no cross-contamination.

We are sorry for any disappointment this may cause but the safety and wellbeing of all our patrons is our main priority. We provide exceptional food and service at Auradaze and want your visit to be a rememberable one for all the right reasons.
